Oscar de la Renta accepts returns of unworn, unwashed, and undamaged merchandise with all original tags attached within 30 days of delivery. All items must be returned in their original packaging to ensure a full refund to the original payment method.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Carefully pack your items in the original shipping box and include the printed return authorization form provided during the online process.
Attach the Label
Affix the pre-paid UPS shipping label to the outside of your package, ensuring any previous delivery markings are completely covered.
Ship and Track
Drop off your package at any authorized UPS location and retain your tracking receipt; please allow 7-10 business days for processing once received.
